At NCASE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics and PC hardware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NCASE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the electronic components in their original anti-static bags and protective foam to ensure no damage occurs during transit; include all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to NCASE

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
